Great service all around! It’s still early March, before the Texas Summer “emergency” A/C season; and it’s a lot easier both for the techs and the customers right now. But still: I called yesterday afternoon and by mid-morning today, the team (including the company owner) was here, inspected everything, installed a replacement for a weak part BEFORE it failed, under warranty (no charge!), put everything back exactly like they found it and are gone. They even called ten minutes before arrival so I put up the pets. Very considerate, technically proficient, prompt and reassuring. I expect to keep doing annual services with this company as long as I own this house and HVAC.

These guys went above and beyond to get our AC working again. Brad kept in communication with us and was very transparent and upfront, keeping us informed. The technician Juan was great as well. He took time to explain everything. These guys worked hard to find the part needed even though multiple stores did not have it in stock. We’ve used this company for years and they are always very helpful and customer oriented.
As long as I live in this area I will use this company for my AC system. They are always prompt and professional and discuss step by step what the problem is and how they can fix it. They are solid on prices and they know their stuff. I don’t ever feel taken advantage of. My experience with Wrzesinski Heat and Air was exceptional.
