They take care of their business and they do one other thing that no one else is out there doing….. They have fair prices and you don’t have to worry about being taken advantage of….EVER!! I have used these guys a couple times for air conditioning issues at our house. They are great. Always johnny on the spot and arrived same day. I also have an older house that is very hard to access. They never complained one time and got the job done same day. I recommend them to anyone needing heat/air/refrigeration needs.

I picked Wrzesinski out of a google search because of their size and locality history. My calls were returned right way. They did not even give me a bill for starting up my new self installed Heat Pump. I might get one later but most want it when completed or they will tear it out. They trusted me and I trust them. Every reputable company and the tech was quick and efficient.

Brad went above and beyond to help us get set up with a new unit before the summer heat kicks in. Everyone we dealt with was so helpful and did everything to get us set up so fast. We cannot recommend Wrzesinski enough!!

Bought a new build in Buffalo Ridge. Once the warranty was out, I decided to call Brad’s team because I felt like I was getting the runaround from the builder’s vendor. The difference has been night and day. They’re local, they remember me every time, and they actually care about getting my AC straight. I’ve called them out on four separate occasions (each time a new issue), and each time they’ve done fantastic work, warranted the work they’ve done, and been timely and professional. I really cannot recommend them enough. If every vendor I used was like this, my life would be so much better. Seriously recommend.

Great service all around! It’s still early March, before the Texas Summer “emergency” A/C season; and it’s a lot easier both for the techs and the customers right now. But still: I called yesterday afternoon and by mid-morning today, the team (including the company owner) was here, inspected everything, installed a replacement for a weak part BEFORE it failed, under warranty (no charge!), put everything back exactly like they found it and are gone. They even called ten minutes before arrival so I put up the pets. Very considerate, technically proficient, prompt and reassuring. I expect to keep doing annual services with this company as long as I own this house and HVAC.
